Take Action: "How to Retain Employees in your Childcare Business"!

This workshop will assist Childcare Owners in developing a successful job description to attract qualified employees and a course of action to follow when beginning the hiring process.  We will identify various roles allowed to work in programs and the responsibilities of each role. Lastly, we will explore marketing strategies and resources used to find qualified employees. At the end of this session, participants will have a unique system for their program in place to hire employees.
